We are a multi-award winning salon and have won many accolades. Our first in 1999 for our friendly reception and over the years we have won Professional Beauty Salon the Year 2001, 2006 and 2010. We also won Guinot Salon of the Decade in 2009, and more recently we have been awarded a National Training Award. Since the Salon opened in 1997 we have maintained Guinot Crown and Clarins Gold status and continue to do so in 2018.
Our Treatment Rooms
We pride ourselves on giving you the best possible treatments and results in our warm and comfy rooms, all with individual décor. Our luxurious treatment rooms are designed with you in mind. We have heated therapy couches, cosy quilts, fluffy towels, mood lighting and soothing music, all to help you relax and unwind after a stressful day.
Our Salon Staff
Our expert team of Therapists and Aestheticians are dedicated to promoting natural beauty through our comprehensive range of services and are fully qualified, some with over 30 years’ experience, even our trainees are fully trained to our standards before commencing treatments. Their wish is to listen to your individual needs, whatever they are and we are always ready to please.
We are honoured to offer you Clarins and Guinot, two of the leading skin care brands for both treatments and retail. For traditional manicures and pedicures we use Nailtiques and Mavala and CND Shellac for those wanting a longer lasting finish. Every product we use in the Salon is highly sourced and of the finest quality.
We offer top to toe treatments, retail skin products and gifts for all occasions and should your require, we will gift wrap your purchases. Our friendly reception team will always offer you refreshments at some point during your treatment.
Our policy is to make sure that all your data is secure and we ask that all mobile phones are switched off for the comfort of both yourself and other clients.
Can we kindly ask that you leave valuables at home, we can store safely in your room but cannot however, be responsible for lost items.
Gift Vouchers are available for purchase by treatment or monitory value.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments or a 50% charge may be made – all treatments over 2 hours require a 50% deposit. Clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.
