A lovely experience from arrival when I was asked if I wanted a drink, I waited for less than 5 minutes then Lucy took me through for my treatment. The treatment was very relaxed and when finished Lucy took me through to the reception area where she made me a lovely cup of coffee giving me time for my nails to dry. Thank you Lucy
