Massage uses five styles of long flowing strokes to massage the body – effleurage (light touch) petrissage (kneading) tapotement (rhythmic tapping) friction – compression – vibration. As with all massages they are therapeutic and will help decrease blood pressure – stimulate blood and lymph flow – relieve pain – increase joint mobility and relax overused muscles. You can choose from back neck & scalp massage, Full Body or Full Body Face and Scalp and your therapist will adapt the massage to suit your needs.

Lava Shells

Touch Therapy

Touch therapy is for cancer patients or anyone with life limiting illnesses.

Touch Therapy is a complimentary approach that uses gentle therapeutic touch to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall well-being during treatment.

It can help ease symptoms such as pain, fatigue, anxiety and nausea.

Gentle touch therapy is a specialised form of massage therapy.  The therapy includes gentle strokes, light pressure, tailored to suit the needs of each client and their individual needs.

The trained therapist will navigate the side effects of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery adapting their techniques to enhance comfort and relaxation.

While touch therapy is not a cure it can enhance quality of life by supporting emotional balance and improve sleep.
