How it Works!

The cryotherapy pen emits a fine jet of Nitrous Oxide under high pressure which allows the clinician to work with millimetre precision. This destroys the tissue by freezing the intercellular fluid thereby destroying the cell.
This means there will be no collateral damage to healthy tissue, so it’s incredibly accurate and practical.

How long does is take?

The procedure time will depend on the surface area and the thickness of the skin being treated, your clinician will decide during consultation how long the application time will be, this is typically between 1 to 30 seconds.

What does it feel like?

The feeling of the treatment is similar to stinging nettles on the skin when the Nitrous Oxide reaches the bottom of the area, a little stinging sensation afterwards is quite normal.
